About these two numbers. The "from" figure is our entry price for this piece — the cheapest configuration we consider presentable. The configurator price is what the same stone costs when built to spec: 0.3ct round brilliant, bezel-set in 9K gold, plus S$60 engraving if you want it. They differ because the entry configuration uses a simpler mount. Both are indicative; your confirmed price follows sample analysis.

What it is
A genuine lab-grown diamond, grown from carbon extracted from your pet's hair (or, with written consent, a person's hair). It is chemically and physically the same material as a mined diamond, graded separately, and labelled as lab-grown everywhere.
It is not a resurrection and does not contain your pet. It is an object of remembrance. If you want to know exactly what this means, read our honest answer on that.

How ordering works
- Start your order. Tell us whose hair it is, and whether a person has given written consent. Without consent for human hair we cannot proceed.
- Receive the sample kit. Ships within 3 working days to Singapore and Malaysia. Collecting the hair is simple — the instructions are in the kit.
- We analyse the sample. Carbon content determines the achievable stone size. You confirm the final price before growth starts.
- 30% deposit, then growth. We confirm the deposit by bank transfer or PayPal, then begin.
- Cutting, setting, certification. When the stone is ready we send photographs and the grading report. The remaining 70% is due within 30 days before dispatch.
- Insured delivery. 30-day inspection window, and free lifelong resizing on rings.
Questions people ask about this piece
| How much hair do I need? | 3g minimum for a 0.15ct stone, 10g maximum for a 2.5ct stone. Grey or white hair yields less carbon, so the finished stone may come in slightly below estimate — we tell you before starting. |
| Can I use a person's hair? | Only with explicit written consent from that person, or their legal representative after death. Every human-hair kit includes the authorisation form; orders without it are refused and refunded. |
| Is this a real diamond? | Yes — a genuine lab-grown (man-made) diamond, graded independently and laser-inscribed. It is graded separately from mined stones and we label it as lab-grown everywhere on this site. |
| What if growth fails? | If carbon purity is below our threshold the rough will not form properly. We refund the full stone price, and either re-cut from a new sample or return it. This happens on roughly 3% of orders. |
| Do you ship to Malaysia? | Yes, both markets, duties included. Note that Malaysia has no PALS licence to cancel and home burial rules differ — see our Malaysia guide. |
